There are loads of amazing nail transfers on Amazon and EBay for less than a pound per pack. Transfer them on to your nail like you would have done the old school transfer tattoos. . Wet cotton wool bud and wipe them until the design transfers from paper to nail.
Also I love love love the new Barry M textured nail varnishes, gives a concrete effect that just looks fab!
